Which market/clients do you address and which short-/long-term goals do you have?

Our focus is on the whole-cuts market, as it is the highest-margin & most desirable segment of the 748 Billion dollar global meat market. We will first partner with chefs and restaurants who share our mission and then launch our retail channel, followed by our food service channel. Our long-term goal is to become the leading fungi-based whole-cut meat alternative brand in the industry.

What makes your approach unique compared to other stakeholders in this field?

We are the first company producing whole-cuts that can deliver on taste, texture, and nutrition, while being clean-label and minimally processed. Because our unique fermentation process is less resource intensive, we can ultimately be price competitive with animal meat sooner than plant-based alternatives.
