With a Ph.D. in organometallic chemistry, Anne started at DSM in 2003 as an analytical scientist working on cosmetics and pharma metabolites. Gradually moved into technical project management in biotechnology, for DSM Biosolutions, DSM’s Custom Manufacturing Organization at that time. For 3rd parties, she transferred their biotech processes to DSM’s CMO facility via down/upscale.

After divestment of DSM’s Pharma Division she made the transfer to DSM Food Specialties running the technical programs in lactic acid bacteria, enzymes QC control and yeast extracts as R&D project/program manager from 2013-2020. As of October 2020, she is the R&D Director for Food Innovation at DSM Food & Beverages.
