As COO of Those Vegan Cowboys, she can’t wait to make a big contribution to this, introducing delicious, animal-free and dairy-identical cheeses made by their stainless-steel cow Margaret.
With a background in journalism, technology and entrepreneurship, Van der Kaa looks beyond operational technique alone. The complex interplay of proper timing, storytelling and clever collaborations is right up her alley. All this to contribute a stone to sustainable food supply.
