Ivan is also a Full Professor in the field of economics and entrepreneurship in agribusiness. He is passionate about deeptech and disruptive innovations, gamification of learning experiences, mentoring students and young entrepreneurs, and enterprising university.Â
As an EIC Programme Manager he proactively manage two portfolios of projects, Novel technologies for resilient and sustainable food supply chains and Precision nutrition.
