Tal has an extensive background in business development, management, and commercialization of biotechnology-derived products for the CPG industry. She co-founded Phytolon, a producer of fermentation-based natural food colors, in 2018 and has been co-leading the company towards multiple products commercialization since its establishment. Tal holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute for Technology. Her professional passion is utilizing her biotechnological toolset for designing and executing sustainable processes to promoter clean industries and sustainable products with minimal carbon footprint.
