EuropaBio, owner of the brand name ‘EFIB’, respects your privacy and only uses your information for quick and easy communication regarding EFIB: information and answers to your queries, electronic communications (press releases, newsletters, etc.), comments and suggestions. We respect the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 14 April 2016. All personal data that we gain from personal contacts, mailings and the website are structurally recorded by EuropaBio. Additionally your data will be shared with BIOCOM AG, Lützowstr. 33-36, 10785 Berlin, Germany exclusively for invoicing and accounting your entrance fee. Any further transmission to third or use of your data is strictly excluded.
Admission to EFIB may be subject to a random bag search and ID checks. Photographer will be taking photographs and filming videos during EFIB. Anyone attending EFIB consents to such photography and filming without compensation and confirms that EuropaBio shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of attendees, for the purpose of marketing of EFIB in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability. By registering to EFIB, you consent that EuropaBio records your personal data in its database. The data transmitted will not be transmitted to any third party and will only be used to communicate on EuropaBio activities. An opt-out option is enclosed in all our communications. Access to Pierre-Baudis Congress Centre is subject to strict security rules independent from EuropaBio. Your ID/passport details are collected to comply with these rules and will be securely stored on our server until the day of the event and will be deleted maximum 1 week after the end of the event.
